By using Bidadari Check-In you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What the service does

• Bidadari Check-In lets an organizer create a QR check-in, collect attendee names (and any extra fields the organizer chooses), and export the list.
• No account is needed. The organizer manages the check-in through a private dashboard link sent by email. See Privacy and Security for how data is handled and what the limits are.

Organizers

• You are responsible for the check-in you create, for the questions you ask and for having a lawful reason to collect that information.
• Ask only for what you need. Tell attendees why you collect it and what you will do with it. After you export the list, you are responsible for how it is stored and used.
• Keep your dashboard link private. Anyone who has it can view, export and delete that check-in.

Attendees

• Give your own details honestly. Do not check in on behalf of others unless the organizer allows it.
• The details you enter are shared with the organizer of that check-in, who decides how to use them.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass or defraud others, to collect sensitive or unnecessary personal data, to distribute malware, or to attack or overload the service.
• Requests are rate limited. Access may be restricted or blocked to protect the service from abuse.

Data and retention

• Check-in data is deleted automatically about 7 days after the event. Organizers can delete a check-in earlier from the dashboard.
• Export anything you need to keep. Deleted or expired data cannot be recovered.

No guarantees

• The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• It may be unavailable or lose data during maintenance or after an outage. Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything important, or for safety-critical headcounts.
• To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
